I'm Francesc - Product Designer with more than 5 years of experience. Concerned with crafting seamless and intuitive user experiences across digital platforms through research, design, and iterative improvement processes.
As a Product Designer, I managed our company's website, crafting landing pages, lead capture forms, promotional content, and web elements. These skills highlight my ability to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement and conversion, underscoring my expertise in user-centered design.
Before of that I executed e-mail marketing campaigns for Fintech companies, overseeing loyalty programs, cross-selling initiatives, and new customer acquisition. Integrated and formatted newsletters, conducted campaign reviews and testing, and executed segmentation and scheduling. Analyzed email marketing performance metrics, collaborated with other teams and advertising agencies within Campaign Consulting for the client.
